There is plenty of safe secure parking at the rear of the Guesthouse. Both interior and exterior of the property have been recently redecorated are in excellent condition.

Business rates:
These are for contractors and businesses that stay a minimum of one week in the guesthouse and stay a few times each year. Proof of work may be asked at time of booking.

Student Accommodation:
This starts from £500 per month. Facilities include, desk, lamp, free Wi-Fi, TV (free view included), fridge. All bed linen and bath towles will be laundered each week.
