Twin En-suite room from £65.00 to £70.00

Family room with En-suite from £85 to £95

Family room with Private Bathroom from £80.00 to £90.00

All prices are per room per night and include VAT and a full English/Continental breakfast.

Prices of room are negotiable and seasonal. Deposit payment required at time of booking.

All main credit cards are accepted.

Short term lets are available.

Cancellation Policy:
If you let the guesthouse know by email that you want to change your booking dates or cancel the room full refund will apply if you let the us know 14 days+ from your arrival date. No refund given if you let us know between 0-13 days from your arrival date.

Check in time:
11am-12pm or 4-6pm. If you would like to check-in outside these hours please contact us so we can make arrangements.

Check out time:
Monday-Friday 9am
Weekend and bank holidays 10am

After your check out you are more than welcome to leave your bags /car for the day while you visit Oxford and collect later.

Deposit:
To secure bookings one night’s rate is asked for. This is processed and taken off your final bill. (If you are staying for one night this will be your deposit and full payment).
